Our Process-Personal Care Plan:
A Director/Manager will visit with you in the hospital or at home and perform an assessment of your needs. Once we understand your needs we will initiate a personal care plan for our trained elder care aide to follow. This personal care plan serves as a guide to implement and supervise your care on an ongoing basis. Our staffing manager will make home visits to ensure superior care which will give our clients “peace of mind” knowing their loved ones are receiving the best care.
